Dainty boulder opal stone. Green in color from the Western Queensland opal mines in the Winton region. The gold is presented with a swirl effect, holding the opal in it’s fingers delicately, so as to protect it from damage. The hanger is part and parcel of the whole setting, allowing the chain to move freely, catering for the inevitable neck movements of the wearer.
