How do I find my finger size without a ring gauge? Is there a more professional method?
Just cut a strip of paper about ΒΌ" or 6mm wide, making sure it is long enough so that it will overlap when you fit it around your finger. Get someone else to help you hold it in place and just mark the spot where it meets the other end. Measure it in inches or millimetres and just email us the details. Make sure that the measurement is large enough for the ring to fit over your knuckle. You can also visit a jeweller and ask them to tell you your ring size. Most jewellers are happy to give you this service, because after all, one day you might buy a ring from them. If you want to keep your purchase a secred for a suprise gift, you may have to "borrow" the persons ring and have it sized, or ask a friend who knows the detail. Use our International Ring Finger Size Comparison
