Here's two letters from Deanna, sent before and
after her opal shipment arrived .
Before: I must say that so far, I've been very happy. You've
been very helpful and patient. I'm picky and it's difficult to find things I really like.
Of course, with black opals, I think it might be hard to find something I don't like! I
can't wait to see the finished product.
After: You were right, you now have another happy customer! I
recieved your package today. It's gorgeous. Thank you for the pin, also. Koalas are
adorable! And what a creative box! The opal itself has so much fire, I can't believe it!
More red than you implied, as well. I'm very pleased. Thank you for all your time and
patience.
